I can’t process any documents.

  1. Check that you have an internet connection. Merops uses cloud computing to process files, so you need an active internet connection.
  2. Try processing a blank document (if you have a pay-as-you-go account, you won't be charged anything). If you can process a blank file, it might be file-specific. See I have a document that Merops won't process.
  3. If you still can’t process any documents, contact us at , with a description of your problem, and ideally a screenshot of any error messages you see.
