Processing documents

• I have a document that Merops will not process.
• I can’t process any documents.

Document recognition/standardization

• Merops doesn’t match a term, even though I know it has been added to my custom dictionary.
• The end of my document is highlighted red, and not standardized.
• Merops made an incorrect change in my document.

Reviewing documents in Microsoft Word

• I can’t see the Merops toolbars.
• I can’t see the Merops Launcher toolbar.
• While reviewing a document, I got a message saying the Standard Set could not be found.
