An Element Map is a file that provides Merops with a number of rules to create output files. The rules relate not to editorial changes, but XML markup, and Microsoft Word styles and formatting. Like Standard Sets, multiple Element Maps can be created and modified to ensure that your output files meet the requirements of each publication you work on.
