Quick Comments
Merops comes with tools to help editors add comments that need the attention of the author. It may be that there is missing information, or that something does not make sense to the editor, and needs clarification or rewording by the author. Often, you need to retype the same comment over and over, or at least the same introduction to a comment. The Merops: Reviewing tab has a Quick Comments menu, from which you can choose to add a pre-written comment. You can customize this list of comments from the Quick Comments page of the Merops Options dialog box.
