Showing/hiding revisions
We recommend reviewing documents with format changes hidden, but comments, and insertions and deletions shown.
Word 2007–2019
You can toggle between showing and hiding all comments, insertions and deletions, and format changes, using the three checkboxes on the Merops: Reviewing tab.
Word 2000–2003
You can toggle between showing and hiding different kinds of revisions, using the following toggle buttons on the Merops: Reviewing toolbar:
Show/Hide Comments
Show/Hide Insertions and Deletions
Show/Hide Format Changes.
