Merops 3.2.067 – (another) minor update

Just another minor update to fix a couple of bugs in the recent release.
- FIXED: Shabash House Style Standard Set is now set to remove quotation marks from displayed quotes
- FIXED: The Standard Set Generator was broken, apologies!!
- FIXED: Processing when not creating a Word document was broken, apologies!!
- FIXED: Typo in tooltip: "TAddStringToOptBoxRecentListhe Oxford Style Manual"
- FIXED: Various drop down boxes in Merops Options and the Standard Set Editor were not updating the history, which appears in the drop down menu.
