Merops 3.2.094 – minor bug fixes and improvements

Just a few minor bug fixes and improvements for Merops 3.2.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example wasn't showing an abstract run-in heading as bold.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example was showing a paragraph return instead of an en space or em space after an abstract heading.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example shows correct em space or en space character everywhere instead of multiple regular spaces.
- IMPROVED: Standard Set Editor: Document example shows right-click menu to the left of the page, so it doesn't cover the example.
- IMPROVED: Standard Set Editor: When truncating authors' or editors' names, you can now set Merops to show up to the first 98 names plus ' et al.' (previous maximum was 10).
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example was showing the wrong punctuation before the editors in certain situations.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example was not showing the "pp" heading in journal page numbers.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example was not showing formatting for book chapter source.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Document example: keyword "Acknowledgements" didn't show setting for spelling preference.
- FIXED: Merops wasn't correctly saving the sort sequence of acknowledgements, if the user interface language was set to "English (US)".
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: Link: See also Convert simple MathType equations to text did not work.
- FIXED: Added missing accessible description on "hours (in footnotes)", also used in printed Standard Set and the Compare feature.
- FIXED: Standard Set Editor: An error occurred showing custom properties or custom terms when using the Find feature.
